    Description

The erkencho is a folk clarinet of the northern region of the Gran Chaco of South America, particularly northwestern Argentina. It consists of a tube 10–13 inches long, with a single reed and a cow or goat horn attached at the end, as a hornpipe.
This white one looks like the "reed" on the end has broken off and is missing. Also the wide end of the white one has a block of wood in it.  I don't know anything about these but hopefully someone will. The bird design and the word Argentina is carved into the bone.
